1- How do I pay?
5Alarm Party Rentals Inc. accepts Credit cards, debit cards, cash or check
on delivery.
 

2- What do I do to reserve a rental?
Simply call, fill out the form on contact or Reservations page or email your request.

3- How much area do I need?
All Inflatables have measurements on website, you should add 5 feet to
each measurement to have plenty room. (Don't forget height) all
measurements are Length x width x height
 

4- Do I need to supply anything?
5Alarm Party Rentals Inc. will include everything needed to set up within 100 feet
of power supply (and) (or) water supply. Please make sure there is a
clean area for set-up, remove any branches, rocks or sharp objects.
 

5- What if it rains?
5Alarm Party Rentals Inc. will call to confirm all rentals 1 day ahead
you will then have the option to reschedule, once we set up your rental
there will be no refunds.
 

6- What about bad weather?
We take into account all of your concerns... including inclement weather.  For your convenience, if you cancel an order prior to setup, you will not be responsible for any charge.  For your safety, if winds exceed 20 Mph we reserve the right to cancel delivery or remove any property of 5Alarm Party Rentals Inc.
 

7- Can I set up at a park?
YES, 5Alarm Party Rentals Inc. is fully licensed and insured, we are
registered with the county to set up at parks, please make sure they
have a power source otherwise you will need to rent a generator from us
for $60.
 

8- Do you supply attendants?
5Alarm Party Rentals Inc. can supply an attendant for $25 per hour needed.
 

9- Can I change the unit I rent?
You may change rental unit for any other unit that is available, we
need a day notice.
 

10- Why should I rent from 5Alarm Party, Inc.?
5Alarm Party Rentals Inc. is a local family owned and operated business. I am also
a local Firefighter/Paramedic and know about safety and health, this is
why I clean and sanitize every unit, every rental. So you can focus on
having FUN!!!
